Exterior styling is now a fusion of aerospace surfacing and architectural minimalism: long chamfered bow profiles, “knife” stems that slice spray, and unbroken hull windows that hide mullions behind one-way glass. 

Expanding the Yacht Beach-Club Concept
What began as a stern garage has become a multi-deck waterfront. Fold-down terraces, extendable passerelles and hydraulically lowered swim platforms triple usable real estate at anchor. The latest twist is the “sea terrace ring”: full-height glass doors drop into the bulwarks, giving a 270-degree open lounge one step above the waterline. Owners specify steam rooms, cryotherapy pods and DJ booths alongside the usual gym and bar. Structural composites and titanium hinges keep the huge moving panels within classification weight limits.

Underwater Observation and Living Spaces
Submerged lounges are becoming an attainable reality on 70-metre-plus builds. Laminated acrylic “fish-eye” windows up to 15 cm thick create IMAX-style viewing zones in the bow or lower guest deck, certified to 4 bar. A sea-level Nemo Lounge offers reef watching without getting wet; newer concepts place master suites entirely below the waterline, using fibre-optic daylight shafts to illuminate the cabin when the yacht is on generator-silent mode.

Integrated Yacht Toy & Drone Hangars
Helidecks are giving way to full aviation suites—E-VTOL pads with battery swap stations and deployable wind deflectors so aircraft can remain charging while the yacht cruises. Aft of the hangar, vaulted garages house Triton submersibles, electric hydrofoil tenders and autonomous dive drones. Overhead gantries double as rigging for launching sailing dinghies or kite-surf wings, reflecting the owner’s demand for every conceivable sport in a single platform.
