Big Boats, Bold Debuts: Innovation Makes Waves at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

From Superyachts to Smart PWCs: FLIBS 2025 Showcases the Future of Boating

Fort Lauderdale, FL – The 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) opened with an exciting lineup of world premieres and bold innovation from the industry’s biggest names. The week began with the Ferretti Group Press Conference on October 29, where attendees previewed an impressive fleet including the Ferretti Yachts InFYnito 90, Riva 82’ Diva, Riva 76’ Perseo, Custom Line Saetta 106’, and two AMAS premieres — the Pershing GTX70 and Wallywhy200. Together, they showcased a clear push toward sustainable performance, spacious design, and refined Italian craftsmanship.

World debuts continued with the Palm Beach 85, the largest yacht ever built by Palm Beach Motor Yachts, marking a milestone for the brand. Cruisers Yachts drew strong attention with the 38 VTR, 38 VTR EC, and the world premiere of the 50 FLY, combining modern luxury with performance.

Innovation extended beyond yachts. Yamaha unveiled the groundbreaking CrossWave WaveRunner, redefining personal watercraft with a 13-foot walkaround deck and modular versatility for fishing, cruising, or leisure. Formula Boats introduced the all-new 360 Crossover Bowrider, while Saxdor Yachts made its U.S. debut with the 400 GTS, featuring fold-down terraces and a fully open deck design.

The show also highlighted versatility from Pathfinder’s 2600 TRS, Cobia’s 305 CC, and Aspen’s C128 and Carbon Cat T13C—models designed for anglers, adventurers, and families alike.

From superyachts to tech-driven PWCs, FLIBS 2025 once again proved why it’s the world’s premier showcase of marine innovation, lifestyle, and luxury—all set against the vibrant waterfront backdrop of Fort Lauderdale.
